Marriage License Fee

I live in Brevard but getting married in Orlando. Im sure the fee is the same all over FL but maybe Brevard brides can help me out. I thought i saw somewhere that it was $88.50. But then i see its $93.50. Which is it? We arent doing the classes. I plan on calling the office tomorrow, but just wanted to know now! :)

    how many classes do you have to do for it to be cheaper?  My church is requiring 3- 1 hr sessions.

    I think it is supposed to be a total of 4 hours. But if you have them sign off on it then it should be fine.

    The Orange County Clerk of Courts required a certificate from my church showing we'd completed their marriage prep program - we spent all day at pre-cana but your requirements are likely different. As long as your pastor or whomever is recognized by the state as an authorized counselor and they sign off on you you're all good :)
