Hey ladies...so after nearly losing my job last week I vowed to not go on TK at work...it makes my days so difficult and I feel LOST!!!!
As of now, I still have my job! Whew! I don't even want to thing what things would be like if I lost it right now. On the flip side, FI is interviewed for a full time law enforcement job this past week and Monday he has a follow-up interview with the Sheriff. He's never made it this far before. It'd be fantabulous if he got this!
As for wedding stuff...tomorrow (12/11) is officially 11 months! Yay! I got a call from the park & rec where we're having our reception this week. After all the drama with the WC and possibly not getting married on the beach at all, we now have a festival going on the same day next year. They asked if we wanted to change beaches/date...yeah, um, not so much. I looked into the festival and it's a sand sculpting festival. Only draw back is that guests may have to wait an hour to drive a mile...but as I've talked to some friends I've eased my worries. Our guests are on vacation and heck...it's something free to take in. So, things keep moving forward...but there hasn't been a lack of bumps. Maybe this will mean that on the wedding day, things will go smoothly!
Tomorrow we're to get 12-18 inches of snow here in central WI...so I'll be wrapping gifts! And working on some holiday treats-fudge, peanut butter ball dipped in chocolate and cherry s'mores! Yay!
