Invitations!!!! 10/6 brides

I am a 10/6 bride and am planning on taking my invitations to the post office on Friday! Everything is stamped, sealed, and ready to go. I can just hand them to the person at the counter to mail, correct?

There was/is SO MUCH DRAMA over these stupid invitations with FMIL and I am so ready to get them mailed out!

    You can do that or put them in your mailbox or any other mailbox.  We put our in one of those blue mailboxes outside of work on the way in one day.

    Yeah, I just put them in the mailbox on my corner for them to go out.

    Congrats on getting them out! It's such a huge relief!

    FI dropped ours off, but when I took one in to check the postage they knew what it was.  So she made me pick out "pretty" stamps lol and then said to just bring the whole lot in once they're all stamped.  Its such a relief once they're in the mail!

    I'm a 10/7 bride, just started wedding planning (but have accomplished a LOT in a short time).  I ordered my invitations last week, they'll be in next week, and I'm sending them out as soon as I get them.  Congrats on getting yours mailed out! What a relief!

    Congratulations on getting them out! With mine, I was told to hand them over at the counter when I brought them in. Mine had a twine bow on them though so I think they wanted to make sure the machines didn't eat them.

    I think I'll feel better handing them over to an actual person. Things are going so fast now! I feel like I'll never get everything done!

    I took mine in and handed them over to the lady at the post office. It felt great to get rid of those bad boys! I do still need 4 addresses though so I'm not COMPLETELY finished!

    I brought them in and the clerk said I could just leave them on a counter next to her that wasnt being used. I was nervous about them getting lost in the shuffle until we started getting the rsvps.

    YAY!!! We sent ours lastmonth because its an oot wedding. Lots of Yes rsvps so far!
