Sigh... it's Monday again. What do ya'll have planned this week?

Right?! The weekend went by SOOOOO fast

-Meeting with the caterer to drop off the deposit and just kinda soft finalize the menu

-Attempt another wire hanger name....it really isn't as easy as I thought it would be!

-Going to Six Flags on Friday for the "soft opening" first day of Fright Fest! It is the best! There are no lines, only a couple thousand people instead of the typical huge crowds! My favorite day of fall

UGH talk about horrible football hangover.

No wedding stuff this week besides window shopping for toasting flutes, cake cutting sets, flower girl dresses.

NWR: Gym, more cleaning of my chaotic closet, laundry. Nothing fun at all!

What weekend?!

I am searching for Halloween costumes for my household. I'm thinking French maid (for me, of course), but who knows right now.

Find the DJ contract. The one thing I asked FI to sign and didn't stand over him for, and now we have no idea where it is. Sigh - I will probably break down and ask him to send another one. Oh well.

Avoid QVC like the plague. My freaking debit card has smoke coming off of it from all the shopping I've done since Friday morning. and the UPS man is definitely getting a Christmas card this year!

Meeting a potential officiant this week. I'm weirded out by having to interview people to marry us, but it must be done. Neither of us are religious so we have to fnd one to do that doesn't require us to join a church or religion. The one I had originally wanted was already booked.

No kidding. Got to love the football! But yesterday was worse. The Cincinnati Reds clinched the division Saturday night and the whole city was celebrating that night. Yesterday was a little rough.

I am also a QVC addict. The first thing is admitting you have a problem. But that's as far as I've gotten. ;-) All I wear is Philosophy products and my UPS guy definitely knows me too.

Philosophy x1000! I just tried Inner Grace for the first time and HAD to order the huge bottle while it was on easy pay lol. And what Q girl can honestly resist the Joys of Christmas specials???

Mostly we will be getting everything ready for my nephews 1st birthday party. He's having a monster theme, so I'm modifying Halloween decos and crafts into our own decorations. Plus we have cleaning and organizing to do.

Work won't be that bad this week, I just have to get myself motivated. I was very unmotivated last week.

We are going to check out a potential site for our wedding pictures this week, and then I really need to find a photographer. I'm starting to worry that everyone I like will be booked and I'll be stuck with someone who is not that great. Wedding procrastination fears!

So yesterday I was at ACMoore and I was going to do my own DIY bouquets for my wedding...well I found out that the floral specialist at each ac moore will make your bouquet for free if you purchase all the materials there!!! I haven't done ityet because at my ac moore the floral lady was off but I can't wait to go this week since the fall flowers are 50% off!!!

I felt so good at the fact that they have been so helpful and responsive but as soon as I sent in the deposit I haven't heard back. I sent another e-mail Friday to confirm they got the contract and deposit (which I know they did because it was through paypal and I e-mailed the contract)...it's monday and no answer...wicked frustrated.</div>

My FI finally gets back from traveling for work for 15 days, tomorrow! It has felt like an eternity so I have been cleaning the house and doing as much as I can while he was gone, just to stay busy.

Met with a florist last week that was WAY over our budget so this week I am going to try and rework his numbers to see if we can get that down. Other than that, nothing major going on. Just enjoying the Fall weather that has rolled in

My weekend plans had totally changed, but I was okay with it. Saved us some money by not going to Detroit.

This week...

I applied for a daycare position today and have my nieces volleyball game to go to today and Wednesday. Tomorrow visiting FI's uncle who had a heart attack this weekend and quadruple bypass surgery today. Wednesday is FI's 30th Birthday!!! Having a party for him Friday night. Thursday I think my MOH is coming to town for a visit and we also have our first tasting that night! Really excited to try the food bc the menu, presentation, and price is exactly what we want. Hopefully booking the caterer Thursday and reception venue on Friday.
