Newbies: we post here to hold one another accountable for health and fitness esp leading up to our big day!

Yesterday's workout - So I ran 2 mi last night :) Sinus infection and all..not too shabby! My running coach is working on a plan for me to train for my 1/2 in November while building a base through July. * Diana* He's real good and not too expensive so lmk if it's something you're interested in!

Today:
B - MUNCHIKINS! I am on antibiotics so I have to have a lot of carbs so not have a horrible stomach ache...hense, my decision to get munchkins.,...and share them with co-workers ;)

TBD:
Workout - Insanity Pure cardio or cardio recovery
L - chicken w/lemon orzo soup
S - apple, yogurt, hummus

    B: lavish chocolate oatmeal (is actually supposed to be really good for you even though it sounds fattening) with greek yogart.

    L: salad with rotisseri chicken

    D: I think Turkey "tacos" in a lettuce wrap.
    W/O: Insanity!

    Me and the FI are also going to have a sleep slim smoothy before bed. Found it on pinterest, and it supposed to help you sleep + keep your metabolism going while you sleep so you loose weight. It is Dr. Oz recommended :) we had it the other night and both slept like logs...
