Yesterday's workout - So I ran 2 mi last night

Sinus infection and all..not too shabby! My running coach is working on a plan for me to train for my 1/2 in November while building a base through July. * Diana* He's real good and not too expensive so lmk if it's something you're interested in!
Today:
B - MUNCHIKINS! I am on antibiotics so I have to have a lot of carbs so not have a horrible stomach ache...hense, my decision to get munchkins.,...and share them with co-workers
TBD:
Workout - Insanity Pure cardio or cardio recovery
L - chicken w/lemon orzo soup
S - apple, yogurt, hummus
