Planning our wedding from NYC- in addition to not knowing any local companies for limos, all of our bridal party is in NYC except for one person. I'm concerned about getting them to the reception from the church  and from the reception back to the hotel. Should I just do from the reception to the hotel (due to alcohol) or should I try to get them to and from everything. I'm concerned about costs. 

Any recommendations for limo companies? suggestions?

    That is a toughy.  You can opt for the limo bus for the entire bridal party to the reception.  Then ask the hotel if they provide or can provide shuttle service from the reception to the hotel.  If the hotel cannot, see if they can recommend someone.  Sometimes if you double book the same day with a limo company for two different types of limos (i.e. party bus limo and passenger van) they will give you a discount.  Another option of booking would be a school bus for the transportation to the hotel.

    You could look into finding a limo company that allows you to split your time. Then, you could use the limo between the ceremony and reception (transport and pictures) and to transport everyone home.  I dont know that a lot of limo companies let people split time though, especially if there's a 5hr gap in between.

    You could also see if the hotel you are blocking/staying at has a shuttle.  If so, you might be able to use that to get both your guests and the WP back to the hotel, and just use the limo for between the ceremony and reception.  We're blocking at the Wyndham in Oakland, and they're letting us use their hotel shuttle for 1hr post-wedding to get people home.

    I'm using a tortorice limo.  They had the best price when I called around for a 10 person limo, and good WW reviews (and are also on our rec. vendor list).

    That's great guys! Thanks! A family friend had recommended Tortice  as well. Also- the hotel shuttle is a great idea.

    We really liked Tortorice but ended up going with Elite Coach, they were a lot cheaper and had more to offer for free drinks (not only champ/pop, but vodka and whiskey, too). They're headquartered closer to PGH, too, so your rental time will be more "bang for your buck." We loved talking to the Tort reps at 2 different bridal shows and were sad that they weren't cheaper! We're getting married in January, so we were able to get great offers from both of them! Best of luck!

    We too are using Elite Coach.  Their prices were very reasonable for the party buses.

    You can always do what we are doing...

    We have a large party bus for 4 hours during the day (for pictures, to take us to the ceremony and to drop us off at the reception). 

    Then we have Elite sending us a different party bus to pick us up at the end of our reception and take us, some of our attendants and our gifts to the hotel.
