rockland/bergen county rehearsal dinner!?!?!

HI Everyone! We are having our wedding ceremony in Sparkill, NY, our reception at The Rockeligh, and are using the Pearl River Hilton. We were thinking aout having the rehearsal dinner at the hilto to make things easy, but we are unsure. Anyone have any good suggestions? I think we'd like to do some sort of open bar, but obviously dont want to pay a ridiculous amount of money either.

    We had our ceremony and reception both at the Pearl River Hilton.  We looked around for places, and they all were pretty pricey.  We ended up doing our rehearsal dinner at Del Arte in Orangeburg.  I want to say our package was $25pp.  We wanted our wedding to be the big deal.  The rehearsal dinner we saw as good food, good people.  We added an open bar.  They were great!  Highly recommended.

    You can also try Il Fresco in Orangeburg and Hudson House or Velo in Nyack.  We use Del Artes for work functions all the time and they're fantastic.

    great! a few people have recommended del arte. I know Hudson House in Nyack is good, and I dont know Velo too well, but they are worth looking into thanks!!

    Another recommendation for Del Arte. Very good food and they have a nice room for parties.
