Such a great post. I remember with H would leave for 10 days and I would be miserable. Now he'll be gone for five weeks, and I almost get a little disappointed when he comes back. I LOVE MY H, but it's kinda like "Dang, I just got used to MY schedule, and now I have to change it again!"

I'm in the same boat right now where I just want him to deploy already. It's like ripping off a band-aid. No matter how long you wait, it's going to hurt. The anticipation is just making it worse. So I'd rather just get it over with!
