Good morning. What a rainy day! I hope everyone had a good weekend. I had some major DIY checks that I will post about later on and a MAJOR registry FAIL. It was a busy weekend, and I wish I didn't have to get up and go to work this morning.

Hi, happy Monday to you all.

We had a nice weekend, as always :-) Nothing too exciting, just a lot of time with friends! And then it was back to work yesterday so not much going on here.

Tonight DH and I heading to game night at his colleagues house. Its not fun games, like Trivial Pursuit, they are more strategic games like Risk. Bleh. But since we only have 1 car here, I have to go with him. I am hoping it is not too boring :-/

Hi all. I'm back

My weekend was pretty much what I expected it to be, mostly medicated and sleepy. I'm not feeling to great this morning, but it was worse last week.

Other than that it was a super boring weekend. Glad to be back though.

Good Morning!

Nothing exciting to report. Not happy about Monday and really want to go back to bed. For about 2 minutes this morning I debated about calling in "sick". But, here I am, can't promise I'll be productive today though!

Good morning.

The ILs were visiting this weekend and I survived. Happy that I don't have to endure them again without caffeine or alcohol for a long, long time.

I am getting a cold and feeling pretty miserable about it right now. I'm really hoping it will be short lived.

Good Morning! I had quite an emotional, draining weekend. Found out at 7 PM Friday evening that my grandfather's funeral service was at 10 AM the next day. Real nice, huh? So a lot of family drama has ensued (well, mainly between me and my aunt and uncle). He's not being buried until Thurs. though, and they are having a little service then too. So my dad and I are leaving tom. for Phoenix.

The highlights of the weekend were a movie night with friends, and getting to meet Sara! Yay for meeting knotties! If you're around, it was great to meet you and your FI- I hope your party was fun!

Try to have fun Jbee- I am the same as you, I don't care for strategy games like Risk. I think Civilization is worse though!

Hi! Open bar- so my party was def fun! lol. I got pretty drunk and shared a drink with my cousin...who later told me she has the flu. So I am ODing on vitamin C right now. I sooo hope I dont get sick.

I'm so sorry to hear about your Grandfather Kim- that's great that you will get down there before they bury him so you can say good bye.

Lunch with Kim and the boys was so much fun! I'm proud to say that I am the first knottie that has met KimWard! woot! lol.

Good morning! I had a nice weekend here. We hosted part of a progressive dinner on Saturday night that was really fun. Sunday I helped a friend paint his new condo, and then another friend hosted a big party for the NFC Championship last night- Vikings fan, so he didn't end up very happy.

E, glad to have you back! I hope you continue to feel better each day.

Molly, BOO for your back but YAY for your realtor.

KR, glad you survived the ILs. I hope your cold goes away quickly- are you allowed to take medicine while PG?

Kim, that really sucks about the funeral. I'm glad you will be able to be there for Thursday, at least.

I am late to the GM thread, we went o get the dog this weekend obviously, but we ended up visitng friends in Allentown and stayed over in Carlisle so we didn't get home until Mid day Sunday. One of my BM and her husband came over to play games last night and meet grigio. She announced she was 4 months pregnant with their first. I feel weird saying this, but I am hurt she waited so long to tell us. I had lunch with her for 1.5 hours alone on Thursday. She's due in June, and is so far along that they find out what the sex is on Friday. Guess we weren't as close as I thought. :-(.
Welcome back E! Molly, yay on picking a realtor!KR - lol on last non alcoholic/caffeine meeting. I don't know what I would do with my IL w/o wine!
