We are here to help!  What kind of feel/look are you wanting?  If you could give us a little more detail (i.e. indoor, outdoor, budget, etc.), I am sure we can find suggest some places that might work.

We like Gaylord Palms...soo expensive...We also like Cranes Roost as a ceremony..But we have to get a hotel close by. I saw some pics of inside hotels, but the carpets are so weird colored...My wedding colors are Clover, Light Pink and White.. My Total Budget is 10 grand....so Im assuming 6 Grand for Reception and Ceremony...Because I still have flowers, cake, car, attire etc.

In Altamonte, the Embassy Suites, right by Cranes Roost is a decent place.  There are actually some really pretty photo opportunities in their lobby area.

If you're going to be picky about carpet colors, which I PROMISE no one is paying attention to, you're going to have a hell of a time finding a place.

<div>Agreed - there will be so many tables and things on the floor, and they'll probably dim the lights (right?), so you'll hardly see the floors at all. GL.</div>

The bigger worry is chairs vs carpets. They can draw your eyes up to the table and center pieces. If they stink then your stuck renting or covering.

The Embassy Suites by Crane's Roost is a nice location and they are fairly affordable.  I believe there's also a fairly affordable embassy suites by the airport.

I agree- hotel carpets were one of the biggest reasons that I really didn't want to do a hotel reception. But as was mentioned before, everything you bring in for decor will draw people's attention upwards.

We are getting married at the Sheraton in Maitland, 1 exit down from Cranes Roost. But FYI the Embassy Suites provides chair covers, we looked there, the wedding ladies are AWESOME! I just felt the Sheraton was roomier and more modern. Check them out, we aren't even using the chair covers because the chairs are a nice tan and brown.

Thank you so much for your inputs. I will definetly check them out..I realized lighting DOES make a diffrence. I am doing my own centerpieces. Its kind of hard to plan when you have never in your life been to a wedding so I hope I do well.....Thank you..

PS. Who do I contact for the ceremony at Cranes Roost?

If it's even allowed, the City of Altamonte.

    That's who manages the park.

If you do the Embassy Suites in Altamonte, they have a gazebo indoors that is above a bunch of rocks and I believe a waterfall. It looks very nature-like and nice and it might be a nice alternative for an outdoor wedding.

I was going to recommend the Sheraton in Maitland too, but the Embassy Suites is a great option also.
