Haha, I posted this and left the board just came back!

He was able to go and negotiate today and he got a little more than the minimum we needed! We're excited (and relieved)! It includes health insurance. He'll be starting on the ninth.

We can't buy the rings just yet, He won't get his first paycheck until the first week of May. They pay monthly. But the income will be accruing even though we won't get it yet.
