Guest List Response Issues

Has anyone else had difficulties with the guest list response on theknot?  I get emails saying people have RSVP'd and then it doesn't show up on the guest list.  Very frustrating!!!!  Any advice would be appreciated.

    I didn't use it, but I've heard nothing but bad things about it.

    Oh man, wish I asked before we sent out the invites.  We thought we were making it easier by not having response cards.  Thanks for all the feedback though.  They should probably try to fix that little glitch.  Are you listening knot admin?!
