    I love you and I really wanted to celebrate with just you two and me, but since there is a party of 10 - 15 coming I guess this won't happen. I hate it and it sucks but honestly I'm being selfish and it's about you not me.

    Dear Baker,

    Seriously. It has been TWO WEEKS since the last email from you, and almost a month since our meeting! It shouldn't take you that long to come up with a quote, when you "just have one more section on the estimate form" to fill out. If we don't get a quote from you by Friday, we will be going with a different baker.
