Vegan Cakes?

I am vegan and I was wondering if anyone knew of any vegan wedding cake companies in central Florida.  I live in Polk County but I doubt I will find any here...

    Michael Anthony Cakes in Lake Mary!  He does vegan, G-free, etc.

    Raphsodic Cooperative Bakery is an entirely vegan bakery at Mills (almost at the corner of Mills and Colonial).  They do a lot of gluten free as well.  I follow them on Facebook and I've seen gorgeous pictures of wedding and celebration cakes.  Their stuff is wonderful! Full disclosure - I'm not vegan but love going there for the wonderful atmosphere, friendly people, and yummy vegan treats.  They've even started doing "Soul Food Saturdays" where they have things like mac 'n' cheese, collards, and cornbread - all vegan.
