What kind of gifts everyone planning I heard You are suppse to give the groom a nice watch and he gives you diamond earrings. Since im not  big into jewerly Im more of  gadget girl we are going towards lap tops and golf clubs. something long that line. :-) what about you?

    I think I am going to get him something from WWII, like a commemorative thing from d-day.  He loves history about WWII and visited normandy on the 60th anniversary of D-Day so I thought something along those lines...but I am not sure.

    I think he's getting me a diamond solitaire pendant to match my e-ring.

    Where'd you hear that they're supposed to get a watch?!? If I knew that, I wouldn't have bought him one for Christmas.

    I dont think it matters what you get it actually should be something that reminds of your wedding day when they see it or put it on. I heard the watch thing from co workers and a jewerly sales person lol probably trying to sell me more stuff lol but we arent going for it. I do believe gift that lets them remember your specail day.But  the tradition doesnt kick in until your first year anyways. I'll get the list when I come back from work..have a great day everyone.

    We bought a new mattress for each other. We just got it this past week, couldn't wait until the wedding. Got a King Sized Tempur-Pedic Cloud Supreme, which cost a pretty penny so we decided that this was better then anything else... I think we both have enough watches and jewerly so we went the practical route! And let me tell you it is pure heaven sleeping at night,we were laying in bed last night saying it was the best decision.
