  I also didn't get married at your venue, but we did have our ceremony on-site and ran into a similar dilemma since our wedding was on a Sunday and weddings were happening Fri and Sat nights.  Here are the options we were given:

  - do a Thurs night rehearsal (not realistic since a lot of the bridal party wasn't local)

  - do a rehearsal either Fri or Sat afternoons before the wedding taking place that day was scheduled to arrive 

  - do a quick rehearsal earlier the day of the wedding (also not ideal. We did a First Look and were doing pics before the ceremony so the morning was already packed)

  
  

  We opted to have our rehearsal Sat afternoon and all but one person could make it.  It actually worked out perfecty b/c the place we wanted to have our rehearsal dinner could only accomondate our party if we did a lunch.  Talk to your bridal party members and see if maybe they can do a Friday afternoon rehearsal, which means most will need to take off work that day.  If you give your bridal party the option rather than just going ahead and telling them that's what the deal is, they may be more receptive to taking the day off.  And only if 1/2 can go, the rest can fill the others in on what's happening.
