  • Not having any issues getting sleep...unless one of my boys are up sick (which they both have taken turns this last week) but otherwise, sleeping like a baby, cause I spend every waking hour, doing regular work, then wedding stuff, hanging out with my boys, house work...so by bedtime, I'm out :)

  • Every night! I think it's because I have a ton of wedding stuff running through my head and I can't shut my brain off. So I just lie there thinking "I really need to do this tomorrow..." or "I should call and check on that" - it's making me so tired!!

  • I'm kind of an insomniac to start with and have been for years... my bigger issue is staying asleep.  I've had a prescription for some lower dose anti-anxiety meds for years, and I do find that lately I've been taking it more frequently to help me sleep.
  • Ha, Cary! That was me! :) I am horrible at getting to sleep and always have been, then have trouble staying asleep once I get there. I take a half an ambien every weekday. I try not to take them on the weekends though. I think it's a little worse now, but i've always been this way. Things running through my mind all the time!

  • I'm still having to sleep elevated and I can't sleep on my sides due to the rhinoplasty so I've had a LOT of trouble sleeping. My dog barks at night when she hears random stuff and I always beg myself to ignore her.

I still have hydrocodeine from my surgery, so I take half doses to help me stay asleep. I have a really low tolerance for medication so it seems to work.
  • I'm totally worn out by the time my head hits the pillow so I definitely don't have troulbe falling asleep. I have had a lot of strange dreams, though, and haven't had as restful a sleep as I do usually.

  • I'm exhausted, between running around and doing last minute things I am absolutely drained! I have moments where there are so many things running through my mind that I have to do, but im still exhausted.

Uhhh me too.. Like i dreamt that I had bed bugs.  GROSS.  FI twin brother was bowling and doing the line dance at the same time (with cowboy boots) - I literally woke myself up laughing from this one.  And just some totally weird dreams.

  • I definately don't have trouble sleeping. Between all the last minute things for the wedding, work, and construction going on at my house I'm just so busy I pass out at night!
  • I have had trouble the last couple nights but that is because my body has decided I need to come down with a cold and sinus issues. Plus since have had a mild winter allergies are great here in the Ohio Valley. But my biggest issue after I get to sleep is if I wake up, going back to sleep is damn near impossible. My mind runs wild with thoughts and imagies of this that could go wrong with the wedding.

  • I'm seriously worried this is going to be me. I couldn't sleep last night all though i think I just went to bed to early but I just tossed and turned thinking about wedding stuff. So I got up and knocked myself out with Nyquil and it worked. I'm afraid these next 2 weeks i'll be medicating myself quite frequently. Especially the night before the wedding. No way I'll sleep that night without Nyquil lol
  • I didn't last week, but the entire week before (right before my shower) I was so anxious I hardly slept at all.  I took the Monday after the shower off just so I could sleep.

I'm starting to get anxious again.  I just really need to get stuff done.  I have about 5 thank you notes still to write from the shower - the ones to my bridesmaids, FMIL, and SIL.  I just find the really meaningful ones a lot harder to write!!!  And I need to write my grandparents too, and a full letter not just a ty note.

  • I've been exhausted, between the wedding planning and teaching and parenting, I am glad the end is in sight (though I admit I'll miss the fun of being a bride). I usually have no trouble falling asleep, but by 3am I am waking up and struggle to get back to sleep. I've started taking a Melatonin before bed because that usually helps me stay asleep longer. My alarm goes off at 5:30am so waking up at 3 KILLS me. Tongue Out

  • About a month and a half ago the stress was so overwhelming that I had lost 10 pounds, wasn't sleeping great, and was sick every day. My doctor put me on a low dose of zoloft (anxiety meds) to take the edge off. I stopped getting sick within like 2 days and I have been SO much better. I don't want to live on that though so I'm already trying to get off of it, but I was definitely one of the sleepless over stressed girls!
