real sale or urban myth?

I was googling chiavari chair rentals in the austin area and came across some old blog postings that there's a rental company in the Austin area that has a January sale where you could rent these chairs half off ($4.50 a chair).  I mentioned it to a friend and she says she had also heard about this sale but couldn't pin down the name.  Anyone know if this sale does truly take place?  If so, where & when?

    Marquee usually does one in the Spring, then has a linen sale in the fall. If you sign up as a VIP on their page they send you notices about the sales and invite you to special VIP events before they let the general public in. Austin Party Central typically has one too - but I think they just do one per year, usually in the spring as well if I remember correctly.

    I actually JUST saw a notice about Premiere's linen event today, so I bet Marquee will have their chair event coming up soon too.

    No, they are not included in this event but check back for our chair & chair accessory sale in the summer.
