  I LOVED our florist!  She was absolutely awesome and I LOVE how our flowers came out!  She works out of her home in Reading, so her prices are very good.  My 2 best friends used her for their weddings too.

  She is so super sweet too!  She was so helpful during our wedding process.  I actually wish I coudl have her make me another centerpiece, they were SO pretty and i didn't get to take one home!

  We spent about $1100 for bouquets (mine + 5 BMs), bouteniers, 10 centerpieces, 4 bud vases, mother's bouquets, ceremony decorations... very affordable and able to work with our budget.

  We are on a tighter budget than that and are using Orchids N' Blooms (www.orchidsnblooms.com) out of Maynard (which I think is near Lexington) for our wedding next Saturday.  We actually just had our mock up last Friday and the centerpieces came out gorgeous.  They designed flowers for 2 of my friends weddings this summer as well and I saw nothing but amazing work.   They were also more than willing to accommodate the budget that we ended up having to cut halfway through the planning process.  I highly recommend them and will have pics to share in less than 10 days!  Good luck!

  We used Winston Flowers in Boston.  They will work with your budget, and they get flowers from literally all over the world, so they have more than just your typical stuff.  We used peonies, several varieties of orchids, calla lilies, pincushions, colorful leaves, and a few things I'm not exactly sure what they were!    We wanted a tropical, colorful look (our flowers were orange, pink, yellow, and had bright green leaves).  Everything was absolutely gorgeous!!  We originally told them we wanted to spend $1-2k, and gave them a list of what we would need in terms of flowers (bride's bouquet, arrangement for the bar, corsages, etc), and their first quote was just $1200 (including all taxes & fees).  We ended up cutting a few things we didn't need, and spent only about $1k.  I would recommend checking them out.

  I've really liked working with Orchids'n'Blooms as well - our wedding is this weekend (in Sudbury down the road from you) so I can't review the outcome yet, but they were great in figuring out a floral plan that worked in our budget (we're spending a good deal less than $2000, although we are on the smaller side, less than 100 guests, so there are not as many tables to decorate), and very easy to work with when we needed to make a number of changes just a few weeks ago. Also very helpful when *I* screwed up and sent the final payment to the wrong place. (Doh.)
