The Knot GRRRR

I am having the hardest time with the Knot guestlist and tools in general. Does anyone know another site where you can do all the organizational stuff like keep track of your guests, RSVPs, addresses, etc.?

TY!

    I just use Microsoft Excel and make a little spreadsheet. It's saved my life during all of this planning haha. I use it for everything.

    I think on the Excel website you can search for programs to keep track of things for weddings in several different formats. I thought I saved it but can't locate it. We just made our own but several looked good.

    I have used a spreadsheet. I felt the same way with their guest list and so with excell designed one that works for me. It is way simpler.

    Ditto the Excel thing.

    I liked it because when the site was being diffiult I could still access it, and forward it to my sister, whoever was helping me, etc.

    I do Excel as well.  The only other site I use is Myweddingday.com for their budget tracker. I like that it gives you estimates of how much everything costs, etc.

    I used an Excel spreadsheet, too. That way, I could just have one workbook for my wedding, and used different tabs for guest lists/invitations, shower invitations/gift/thanks you notes, etc.  and it's all in one place.

    try ---> docs.google.com/wedding.

    i DLed the "all in one planner" and added, deleted, etc.. what i needed. it's like an excel sheet (but you don't have to have excel to use it). i actual did make an excel sheet before but  i found this andi thought this may be better. you can export the document onto your desktop too but i saw that working on it and saving it to my google documents was helpful. i can pull it up from any computer because all you have to do is sign into your google/gmail account and pull it up!

    For guests list and rsvp, I actually just used Word. I had a list of everyone who was invited and I would erase the name when they said no or change the font color to purple (idk why purple but it is one of the wedding colors) when they said yes. It has a word count at the bottom of the document so I always know what my guest count is down to. lol. It has worked out very well. I have used excel for just about everything else. I like putting in all the prices for catering and figuring out what it will all cost. I know, I'm weird. lol

    I'm using excel but since I'm registered with BBB, I've been using their tools for the seating chart. You can set up the ballroom how it's supposed to be and can move the little people around to their seats! So cool!

    How else is everyone doing their seating chart?
