The inner Bridezilla is coming out

Sorry, but I'm hoping maybe one of you have a solution or yinz can send some Knottie Vibes my way.  Last summer, my mom and I found the perfect Venue.  It's a little far from the church, about 45 minutes, but it has everything we wanted.  It's an outdoor site with a building that opens up.  The most important partwas that they had flushing restrooms.
Because of all the rain, the water table has risen to the point the septic tank flooded.  We are now under 3 monthes to the wedding and they are telling me we would have Porta-potties!!!  I really do not want to look at ugly gray plastic structures when most of the reception is outdoors.  I only found any of this out yesterday and have not been handling the news well.  Any sugestions?

I mean, short of finding a new venue, what can you do? A whole lot of nothing. Take a few deep breaths, it'll work out.

I don't think all Porta Potties are those ugly ones you find at construction sites.

A good friend of mine just had her wedding outside in Virginia. They had a mobile bathroom brought in. It kinda looked like a trailer and it had two women's rooms and one men's room. They flushed and had running water to wash our hands.

    Try researching that.

    Good luck!

I agree with the above people.... it sucks, but there's nothing you can do about it.  I think your guests will be paying attention to you and your reception on the actual day, and the toilets won't even really matter.

I'm sorry to hear that. Kind of the situation that I don't know exactly what to say.

Did they say they'd be the grey ones that you're thinking of?

This sucks, I am so sorry.

The porta potties are already there.  There the big grey ones that flush.  There are three in the front and two in the back.  The site normally does Polka parties on Saturdays, I think I'm one of very few weddings there, so they don't see I need to cover them or anything.  At this oint, I can only pray it doesn't rain anymore and everything drains.
