Tahaa, French Polynesia honeymooners

We are staying at Le Taha'a island resort & spa for 5 days. We are looking for excursions, pearl farm tour, jet skiing, a sunset cruise, and just an overall tour of the island. Any recommendations of companies, other than going through the hotel directly?

    I've stayed at Le Taha'a twice. It's my favorite property in Tahiti :)Five nights was perfect for me. A lot of people find Taha'a to be too quiet and too laid back, but I could stay there for a week!  When I was there, I did the jet skiing tour and booked direct through the hotel. It was about $350 for 30 minutes for two jet skiis. Taha'a is really secluded and the main island is pretty small, so I recommend just letting the hotel handle everything. Plus, if you prebook, you have to prebook for certain days and times. Letting the hotel do it once you are there will allow you some flexibility. I've stayed in an OWB there and a beach villa. Both are great and the water there is a gorgeous shade of crystal blue. When snorkeling in the coral gardens, beware of the picassos! They were fiesty with me- they came right at my face!

    Let me know if you have any other questions about Taha'a or the islands (I've been to Tahiti 5 times and have stayed at a lot of the popular properties.)
