Hair - who pays?

Hi All!  So I have never been involved in the posting or answering of questions, but I felt like this would be my best bet :)
My wedding is not until November, but I am super planner who likes everything thought of and basically planned in advance.  I am going to get my hair done with my stylist who always does my hair.  I do not care what the bridesmaids do with their hair, but wanted to let them know they can also get theirs done where I am going to get mine.  If I offer this do I have to pay for them as well?  Or since I am just offering to make them an appointment with mine, will they know they have to pay?  No idea what the ettiquette is here.

    If you just say, "hey BMs, I'm getting my hair done at Salon XYZ at 9AM. let me know if you want an appointment as well", then you do not have to pay for it. It's a nice gesture, but you don't have to.

    If you require them to get their hair done or tell them to have it done in a specific style, etiquette says you need to pay for it.

    Thta is what I figured.  I would LOVE to be able to pay, but I probably won't be able to.  Thanks so much for the quick reponse!

    Sometimes when you have a group of girls the salon will give you a nice discount. It would just be something to lower the cost and also have everybody together while getting ready.

    We are paying for the girls make-up, but not hair.

    Yeah, I plan on having the girls pay for their hair but I will cover their makeup.  With 8 bridesmaids, it can be a little pricey!!
