Care to share your signature cocktails?

My WC just sent me an email asking what signature cocktails we'd like to serve. I know that some of you had amazing drinks at your weddings or are planning to make some awesome cocktails. If you don't mind sharing, what drinks will you/did you serve? What are the ingredients?

Ours was a lilikoi martini - made with vodka and lilikoi juice. It was so popular that MH and I didn't even get to taste it because we ran out! Funny enough, I barely drank at all at the wedding - too busy and I preferred water for hydration.

We did a lilikoi mojito (like bobride, we ran out of it - our bottles of rum + the extra our caterers brought), lychee bellini and a ginger pear saketini.

we had fresh lava flows at out wedding that were AMAZING! (fresh strawberries, fresh pineapple and coconut juice) they were the drink of choice that night. we had some youngins at our wedding so it was great because they were amazing with or without alcohol.

Hi Kellie! We had lychee martini's and orange mandarin martini's (vodka and simple syrup with little bit juice of choice). We were also going to have strawberry guava bellini's and pinapple bellini's but we opted not too (champagne with juice of choice).
