What should I do for my birthday?

As (some of) you know, my birthday is monday.

All my friends are out of town. :(
My whole family is working. :(
BF is working 1-6. :(

So I need some good birthday stuff to do on my own. Suggestions?

    Do you have the money in your budget to go shopping?  Because I'd get a mani/pedi, massage, facial, and then buy myself some new underwear from VS if it were my birthday and no one was around to celebrate.  If you need a haircut, get it done that day so you have pretty hair for your birthday, then grab dinner with the BF after he gets off work!

    Also, a new comfy/sexy nightgown or pj set would really perk me up.

    Ditto the mani/pedi!  Or take yourself to a museum (that could be the archivist nerd in me talking though) or a movie!

    I agree with getting a nice, full-body massage during the day and then going for a yummy dinner when your bf is done work. And since he doesn't work till 1 (I'm assuming in the afternoon), then maybe you could enjoy a yummy breakfast and a walk in the morning. :)

    I love the mani/pedi idea or a massage. One thing I love to do by myself is to go see a really cheesy chick flick. I just love to go eat popcorn and laugh or cry without anyone I know around to see.

    Do whatever YOU like to do!  I personally enjoy getting a pedi and seeing a movie by myself and eating WHATEVER I want.....because it's MY birthday.  You have a whole day to yourself and nobody you have to please - so if you like shopping, or pedi's, or movies, or going to the zoo... Have at it!  Or... if you want to sit in your pj's all day and eat, drink, and watch movies...you can do that too!

    Man, I'm ready for my birthday again LOL

    I'll try to answer everyone...

    DRIVE THRU DAQURIS? WHAT?

    The museum thing sounds good, but we don't have one around here (except the children's museum, but you're not allowed in there unless you have a kid with you, i don't know any and I've been dying to go).  I might get some new underwear.  Try to find a pretty bra that fits me (I wear a really weird size, so I just grab one as soon as I see it) The movie by myself sounds good.  I haven't done that in forever.  BF thinks its sad when I say I'm gonna go, so he always ends up going with me.  I like going to movies by myself. Especially in the middle of the day.  Does anyone know anything good playing?

    Henna tattoos sound cool... but I just got a real one, I think I'll keep that one for a while. ;)  And getting the hairs ripped out of my face doesn't say Happy Birthday to me. ;)

    I think that the only massage places around here are "massage parlors."

    Ohhh. I like the idea of a new nightgown.

    Where in NC are you, jgcohn?
