Bridal Suite Door Hanger

I'm thinking about making these now. What exactly did you use for the background/hanger part? Is it wood? Paper? and then did you use stickers for the little details on the door hanger?

Did you use a hole punch or did it come with the hole?

You can buy them in wood and foam at any crafts store.

used a wooden door hanger from michaels. I painted mine and used scrapbook stickers to decorate!
