So, do you normally pass out second line handkerchiefs prior to the ceremony with the program or do you do it afterwards when the ceremony is done? We are going to take a few pics in front of the cathedral following ceremony and prior to second line...so there would be time I suppose. I am just not sure what is traditionally done.
