Vegas Wedding vs. Mexico Wedding

My fiancée and I are looking to have a destination wedding. I have been doing some research and have found a few places. I have been looking into the Mandalay Bay hotel in Vegas. Does anyone know of someone who got married there or who is going to get married there? It is hard to tell what they are like by just talking to someone over e-mail. We are also thinking of going somewhere in Mexico, but I am not sure where to start looking. Any suggestions??

    If you're still curious about Vegas head over to the locals Las Vegas board! I'm getting married there and that board is so helpful! And plenty of them had weddings at MB you could talk to! GoodLuck!

    I'm getting married at the Mandalay Bay-- and there are a TON of girls (and one guy) on the Vegas board who have already been married there.  Hop on over there and say hi, people always love to talk about their experiences.

    Plus, the Vegas board has a sticky on it with the Bio of nearly every member that's been active on the board...the vast majority of them have post-wedding reviews in their bios so you can get really detailed accounts of various vendors in Vegas.
