I just finished my last final so it is official, I am a college graduate!! I go to a pretty small school (~2,000 students) and about 95% finish in the spring, so I won't actually have my graduation ceremony until May. I will be getting my diploma soon in the mail though.
What's funny is that my graduation situation as a December grad totally reminds me of the when people have a legal wedding ceremony and then months later have their "big wedding." Part of me feels like I haven't officially graduated until the ceremony in May, especailly since I still consider myself a part of the Class of 2012. But the feeling that I am done with college is now starting to sink in, and I am so excited! To make it more real, I bought a 2011 tassel last night, and then in May I will also get a 2012 tassel and wear both of them at graduation
