Halls

Another friend of mine is getting married.  Her guest list is 120-130.  She just wants a nice hall where they can bring their own food in.  I'm not familiar with NH at all so I'm not sure where to even start.

Any suggestions would be awesome.

P.S. Thanks Candi for the suggestion on the Commons last week for my other friend.  She ended up going with the Granite Rose day wedding to cut costs.

There aren't many that I know about in this are other than VFW or American Legions Halls.  Some are better than others.  There's also the Fish and Game lodge, off of exit 6 in Nashua.  Some churches also have halls they'll let you use, but usually you can't have alcohol and there may be other restrictions.  That's all I can think of right now.  HTH!

The Londonderry Country Club doesn't have their own but they have a list of caterers you can use.

The Tupleo Music Hall in Londonderry let you bring in your own cater.

I'm shocked that there arent more halls in this area!  There are so many in MA.  I guess I figured that there would be more local places that offer space.

The Tupleo Music Hall looks pretty interesting.   Its close to where I live so maybe we'll have a girls night and check it out this week.

The Tupelo is a really nice hall. I'm constantly impressed when I go to shows there. And one of the best things is that the acoustics are great. I thought about looking there for our wedding but I didn't like the idea of having to coordinate the entire reception.

Most halls in NH have onsite catering. There are quite a few venues where you can bring in catering, but they aren't "halls" per se. I guess it depends on the type of venue she's looking for, but if she's looking to bring her own food like you would to a baby shower or something, the only places I know of are Legions, Elks Lodges and the like.
