Minor freak out

I havn't been on the board in awhile! I had my bridal shower this last Saturday and it was great! That aside...

I just called my mom at work because I was looking at my check off list on TK. It says next Sunday is two weeks before the wedding. OMG. I called her in tears because it was emotional! I freaked out because I'm excited, and worried. I had to come on the boards and vent. It's like, you wait and you wait and you want the wedding to come so badly, that when it's this close it's sureal. Then something in you triggers and you realize, this is real. It's happening, and it's happening soon. I want the wedding to come, but I want this whole time (planning, being engaged, seeing family, connecting with my soon-to-be in-laws) to last.

I guess to sum things up...WOW.

    Just soak it all up as much as you can and enjoy! :)  At least that's what I'm starting to try to remind myself.

    Well congrats on being 2 weeks away! THis is one of the biggest events you'll ever experience so of course it'll be emotional. I agree with pp that you need to just soak it up and enjoy! Definitely try to take time and realize what is really happening so you can remember everything more clearly afterwards. :)

    Yeah, after I called my mom and was able to calm down, I felt better. I was ahead of myself. My mom had good advice too, she said if there is something that doesn't get done, no one will know! (But that won't happen) Laughing
