Food Ideas for Arabian Night themed wedding

Hello Knotties!

Do any of you have any food ideas for an Arabian Night theme wedding that will be held outdoor, most likely in a tent? I would like a few indian dishes, but would like American dishes as well because I know not everyone likes to try new things.

    Sounds like a fun wedding :) You can tie some American food in with an "Arabian Night" twist...

    Jasmine Rice
    Grilled chicken would be a good choice (for those persons who may not want curry, etc.)
    Grilled steak or lambchops (or kebabs)
    Tabouli or Couscous
    Fava Beans
    Hummus

    Those were great ideas! I definitely like Jasmine Rice, grilled chicken, and hummus! I will mist likely throw in grilled steak or kebabs for the beef eaters!
