Wedding Planner Recommendations

I just got engaged last month and plan to marry in the Triangle in November. My fiance and I live in Florida, so we could really use some help from a planner. 
We hired one shortly after our engagement after checking her references, but one month in we're really disappointed. We are seriously considering dumping her in favor of someone else. That's where you guys come in - any recommendations you can provide for a good planner would be much appreciated.

    Tia McLaurin at The Perfect Plan has been great to work with! She's full of great resources and makes the whole process very fun and care free. She's also very reasonably priced. Her email is tia@theperfectplannc.com

    I worked with Erin McLean and was very pleased. I only used her for partial planning--a bit too much of a control freak to give it all up.  All of her recommendations were spot on and she took over everything for the rehearsal dinner and leading up to the wedding.  Nothing really went wrong on the wedding day.  If you have any questions, just let me know.

    I recently attended a wedding and rehearsal dinner that was coordinated by Heather at A Graceful Host.  I was really impressed with how hard working  she was and how smoothly everything ran.  It was a rainy wedding day and a outdoor ceremony so I imagine it was a bit of a challenge!

    I have to recommend Tracy Adams! If you ask a lot of vendors..they recommend Tracy. She is sooo organized and amazing. I had 5 vendors recommend her to me when I was looking for my wedding coordinator. She has been fantastic to work with so far.

    Well, my FI and I will decide after our first in-person meeting with our planner tomorrow. So far all she has done is disappoint, but he wants to give her a chance to wow us in person. We're going to visit two venues tomorrow, and both meetings were set up by me. She says she also has a hotel she wants us to visit but hasn't given us the name yet. I'm going to email her today and ask for the name so we can at least check it out online before we head to NC.
