Stevee Woodard-Hair and Make-Up

I am looking into possible vendors for my make-up and maybe my hair. I am an african american woman with locs(hair down to my waist), and I wanted to know if anyone has had an experience with Stevee Woodard????

I appreciate any info, on her or anyone else
