How is everyone doing on their thank you cards?

We have 21 down and 76 to go. We got the first batch done quickly, but we've lost some serious motivation since then. I hate writing them!

i still haven't sent them for my shower (sept 22) i know, that's terrible.
they are all written and just need to be addressed.

I haven't ordered them, we're waiting on getting them made with a wedding photo. We should be ordering them hopefully by the end of next week, but who knows what the holiday will do to shipping, etc.

I haven't done any of them. I was thinking of doing photo thank you's but I think that I might just go and get some regular old TY's at the store. I want to do Christmas cards with wedding photos on them so I don't want to overwhelm people with pictures of me. Plus I haven't gotten my pro pics back yet.

I'm hopefully going to get them all done on Sunday. It's going to be our first lazy day and probably the best day to do them.

Since we had a small wedding I was able to get all 15 or so done about week and a half after we returned from the honeymoon. I really feel for you ladies that have so many more.

We are finding it hard to be motivated to pick out pictures for our album. That is going to be a bit of a project.

We just ordered ours the other day from our photographer. Hopefully they come quick and H & I can get them out before we close on the house and are ready to send out Christmas cards!!

Need to get ours started! We have been super busy since getting back from the honeymoon and really have not had any time. We close on our house on 11/27 and wanted to wait until then to mail them out anyway to send out our new address too!!

We're going to get ours done this weekend. I don't want to stare at them any more, plus the longer we wait, the less we will want to do them. I'm trying to do small number (~5) at a time so my hand doesn't cramp up too much.

I had about 80 to do, but I did them while DH was driving on the way for our honeymoon and on the way back. They got sent out a week after the wedding! So glad they were done quick!

We didn't have very many to worry with, and I did them on the HM. We were stuck in a four hour traffic jam coming home - seemed like a good time to knock them out!

Mine just came in the mail today from our photographers! If these are any indication of the album, I can't wait! I'm going to try to do 10 a night until they are done.

We had a pretty small guest list so it made TY note writing go pretty quickly! We have gotten a couple of cards in the mail lately so we do have to write thank you's for those and for a gift that our friends made for us. They took some engagement pictures of use and framed one and added a little saying and also made a collage of some our engagement and wedding photos, they are really nice.

I sent out the last of ours this morning. I finished within about 2 1/2 weeks, but I didn't have stamps. I finally got the motivation yesterday to go and get the stamps! We had 50 or so, I think. I got a lot done the weekend we got back from the HM.

We didn't leave for our honeymoon for a week, so I got 98% of ours done & out within the week after. I left the few close family members of my husbands for him to write, so there are two of those still sitting on our table, and I've written 2 more for gifts we recieved since. It felt so good to just get it done. But, it was a lot harder to do the extras once we were back to work, so I understand why most take so long to get out!
