I just had a major b!tch moment

I'm usually a very easy going person and never act like a B in public but today I don't know what got into me.  I went to return something that I bought online which I have done a 100x to this place.  They asked for my credit card which I didn't have on me.  I have never been asked for it when returning an online purchase.  They said something with the system wasnt' working so they couldn't look it up.  They offered me a merchandise credit to which I say no I want my money back.  I asked if they could take it off another card.  They say I could either take my stuff go home and get the card or take a credit.  I grabbed my stuff out of the ladies hand and stormed off.  I had been waiting in line for about 10 min before receiving service, made a special trip to return this and FI had my cards so it wasn't like I could go home get it and come back.  It just totally p'd me off and I don't know why.  My tone of voice wan't very nice either.   I don't think I'll be going back there for a while.

    You know who I hate for returning stuff from online?  Target.  They give you this packing slip and then when I try and return it in-stores, they tell me the packing slip doesn't work for returns.  So then I have to go to their kiosk, log onto my account, and print a separate form to return it.  They can't even look it up by credit card.  You'd think I'd remember after having to do this like 10 times, but it gets me every single time.

    Ugh...poor customer service always = me being a b!tch!  I also would return the items, complain again...and tell everyone I know not to shop there (I wont go to bahama breeze due to poor customer service...and I do customer service training at work...and tell the story every session so everyone gets to hear how poor they are at making their customers happy!!)  LOL  so go on and be a b!tch...its a valid reason :)
