Hello everyone! I joined "The Knot" back when my bf and I first started getting serious, but never posted. But now, I have a reason to! My bf and I just celebrated our 5-year anniversary of being together and after years of saying that he didn't want to get married, he has finally changed his tune! :) We're not officially engaged yet, because as he says, "I haven't asked you that question yet," but we are at least discussing it! So, just wanted to say hi and hopefully I will have much more to add in the future!

    I am 39 and my bf is 54. I just started a new job at a manufacturing facility, which is rough, considering I'm used to office work. LOL But...it's a job, right?? My hobbies include couponing, weather (I'm a weather geek), and just puttering around on the Internet. As for my favorite poster...I don't know. :)

    When Andrew and I were looking at homes to buy- we looked at a prepper's house. It was...interesting. And he had cameras EVERYWHERE. I was nervous that he would have left some of them behind if we bought the house.

    Not even a little bit. We sometimes watch the tv shows about them to see how cray cray they are. I have enough to worry about dealing with everyday stuff, let alone things that MIGHT go wrong sometime in the next 50 years.

    I'm from Cullman...what part are you from? As for football, we don't follow it. (I know, and we live in Alabama?? LOL) But...if I HAD to choose it would be Alabama over Auburn.
