My fiance's father and girlfriend have been together for 20+ years and are a very important part of our life, as is his mother. Any suggestions on how to word the invitation?

To avoid confusion and hurt feelings, we worded ours like this:

Together with their parents,
Bride & Groom
request the pleasure of your company...

The groom's parents typically aren't listed on the invitation unless they're paying for the wedding.
