  I am a fan of Umberto's in Poughkeepsie.  Fi and I go there alot for dinner.  We also went there for a luncheon for work.  They have a beautiful private room and their prices aren't outrageous.

  Not sure how far you want to go but in Wappingers Falls there's this great winery that really works with what you want.  I also don't know when you want to have it.  We're having our rehearsal dinner there in September so it'll be luscious, green, and tons of wine everywehre!!  It's Santo Stefano Winery.
