I just got married this past weekend and it was AMAZING! Couldn't have asked for a better day. Anyway, it's terrible that I can't remember from my first marriage all the steps in getting my name changed in PA. I get confused with all the forms, etc. Is the social security card the very first thing I need to get done? Trying to understand the application for my drivers license...do I need my new SS card before I get the drivers license? Any help is greatly appreciated.
