Prayer request

Please pray for DH. He's having a hard time right now. Work stuff is getting to him, and it's straining the relationship he has with his dad. And the hard labor they've been doing has tightened his back up - he can barely walk when he gets home at night. He's in pain and discouraged, and I don't always know how to help him.

    working in sports rehab, this is a great way to help loosen up a bad back. heating pad, NSAISD and biofreeze also work too

    I just prayed for you and your H! Maybe try a chiropractor before a massage, when I got into a massive car accident a few years ago - I was told this, it helped a lot! Blessings to you!
