Changing Your name after Wedding

Hey everyone....12 days to go until our wedding :) i cannot wait!!! I'm so excited and nervous at the same time!!
I had a little question for all of you fellow Pittsburgh Brides...we live in Allegheny County and we got our marraige license, but when it comes to after the wedding what do you need to get your name changed?? I notice they give you something that both of us need to seen plus the priest/pastor, so is that what i would use, or do i need to request something else? Any help would be appreciated!

    First you need to get a certified marriage certificate.  You can either go to office (same place you got your marriage cert.) or mail in for a copy.  After you can go change it at the Social Security Office and DMV. 

    Other things (credit cards, bank accounts, etc) may not need a certified marriage license.
