Champagne pearls, white dress?

I have these cream or champagne colored pearls that i would like to wear on the day with my dress. I don't have a dress yet- but what color would I have to get?

I was planning on wearing white- but would I have to get ivory or a champagne colored dress for the pearls to look right?

*I may not even find a dress that the pearls would go with!

I would take the pearls when you try on dresses.

Are the pearls a family tradition? Why are they so special?

I would try on dresses in various colors to see what looks best on me. (That is how I picked my dress. I found I liked everything in that was ivory then i figured out I just looked best in that color) then see if the pearls work with the color. I think it is possible that they will work with any color white.

I would not pick a dress for a necklace if the color was not flattering. In pictures you will barely be able to see the necklace but if the color is wrong you will not look good.

Why would this make a difference? Get the color dress that works on you. The pearls will look fine.
