Now I want a reception dress!

After my earlier post, I have decided that I want a short and sassy reception dress ( I had already been thinking about it). I have been looking online, but I am having a hard time finding anything for a reasonable price!

If you have/had/are getting one would you mind posting a picture and sharing where you have looked and ultimately got your from? TIA

    Mines was about $230 from Pearl's Place in Louisiana ( you can order by phone) It is a Alfred Angelo dress.

    I don't have any dresses to share but I think I want a reception dress also. Saturday, I was at this club and I was feeling the dj so much that I want to have him as our wedding dj. The thing is I was so hot from dancing so much that I feel if we do have him I will be miserable in a wedding gown.

    Here's my dress - I looked online at Nordstrom's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and White House/Black Market.  I ended up going to Dillard's one day in person (on a whim) and found this dress.  I love it so much b/c it's simple, but interesting.  It's a pretty standard cut, but it has textured rosettes all over it (made in material that creates dimension) so when you see it up close it looks very cool.  It's Calvin Klein and it was originally $158, I got it for $28 (yes, I said $28) on sale b/c it was already on sale and Dillard's was having an additional 40% off sale that day.  It was meant for me!

    I wore a reception dress - and that's one thing I am so glad i did!  That wedding dress was so hot that I was sweating - and it was a pretty chilly evening.  I was so glad that I had something much lighter and cooler to change into. I dont' have pics yet but I'll post as soon as I get them.

    @ Cincy... I like that! I need to just go into the stores and start looking. Unfortunately, I am snowed in so my search is limited to the internet. Thanks for sharing!

    I got mine from a site called Modcloth. They have very unique clothes but some of their stuff is really cute.
