Working out-toning arms

Anyone have any good arm toning exercises?
I have 7 weeks until my wedding. Looking for exercises with weights. I know a lot but looking to change things around.

  • I pretty much just do your standard arm/shoulder exercises. If you check out bodybuilding.com and look thru their exercises (they categorize by muscle group) you can watch videos of how to do certain exercises. Or just google arm exercises. You don't really need to get fancy with arms to see results, your typical bicep curls, shoulder presses, skull crushers, etc will get you to where you wanna be.

With that said you won't see any results if you aren't using enough weight. You should be lifting weights as heavy as you can. Those barbie weights won't get you anywhere. When I say as heavy as you can, you should be able to do around 10 reps per set (some people say 8-12) before you can't do anymore. Lifting heavy won't make you bulk up like a guy, we don't have the same hormones they do.

Planks and pushups are always great too.
