Moving soon - need help picking venue!

Hi,
Just engaged.  Just got a job and moving in a week to Kentucky.  I'd like my wedding in the northern suburbs or south WI sometime next year (fall?).  I like barns, outdoors, lawn games, firepits - I'm liking the Byron Colby barn in Grayslake.  Anyone have any other suggestions for a casual venue?  Please help!!

    If you like the Byron Colby barn, then you might want to consider...

    The Vehe Farm in Deer Park, Independence Grove in Libertyville, Strawberry Creek Farm in Kenosha, or the Starline Gallery in Harvard.  Kemper Lakes in Long Grove is nice but a little more "banquet-y" yet outdoorish, as is The Seasons of Long Grove, which has a lovely outdoor patio.

    here is the comparison I did for the North Burbs.  The pricing was based off a duet plated dinner, full premium bar and inclusive of all taxes and service charges.  I would also suggest contacting the Lake County board of tourism - Teresa Lewis has a listing of all wedding vendors that operate there and is a great help
