hispanic bride to be and west indian groom

Anyone have good ideas on a first dance song...trying to incorporate the west indian. Mainly for his fathers side, figured it would be a nice surprise :-)

    Hello - I am a producer with PBS, and we are working on a 1-hour documentary special about ethnic weddings.  The show is hosted by a well-known chef and we are focusing on food tradition as it relates to American diversity.  We are looking for weddings with traditional food, music, dress, ceremony or other cultural aspects.
