Hey ladies! Friday I went to my wedding venue to set the true set up for my wedding and reception. It's being done in a hall so the same chairs are being used for the both. The chairs aren't basic but could use some decoration. I want to wrap or tie a sheer or satin fabric around all of them. There will about 120 ish chairs so I want to go the cheapest route.
