Chesterland Lodge

I'm having both my ceremony and reception at the Blue Heron Lodge in the Rookery park in Chesterland. It is going to be in the winter/spring, prior to when they turn the water on again.

So... How much bottled water do you think I should buy for 60-ish guests? How much in gallons for tea, cocoa etc?

Are they providing a coffee maker or do you have one, and if so what size?  Same for the tea, using a stove kettle or electric?

You can always have your local arabica make up coffee and tea/hot water in carafes and then you don't have to worry about it.  It's quite affordable.

You can save money for things like coffee, tea and cocoa by purchasing gallon sized waters and using just the bottled water for guests as refreshments.  I would say count on at least 2 bottles per guest, some will drink more and other less, plus, extra bottled water will be used up by you or your family.

    Bottled Water: 3 24-pack cases
Gallons: 3-5 (depending on your coffee/tea situation)
