Anyone using this venue? Has anyone seen it? I like that you can pretty much bring what ever you want.....But I havent seen it...

    when I went to UM, my sorority did a function there.  it's in a pretty area, but isn't huge.

    I've never been there, but I really liked the look and feel from photos.

    I pass by there every day to and from work but never been inside. It's in a nice area with great photo opps. And if you are having out of town guests, you have a couple hotels right there and nice area for them to walk around. I was considering it until we decided to get married in Boston.

    it's very very pretty. in an italian and coral gables kind of way. it's not modern at all. so it depends the look you're going for. it has a stage and a courtyard and beautiful picture opps, plus the neighborhood is fantastic. the only thing is that being in a coral gables residential area, you might have to turn the music off at midnight - which may or may not be a problem. but yes, it's very pretty.

    p.s. if you don't mind me asking, how much is it to rent the space?

    I've been to a wedding there and it was actually pretty great.  From the outside it doesn't look like much you can do a lot with the room with some well place lighting.  At the wedding I went to they opened the courtyard in the middle and it was nice to go out there to the bar and get fresh air and then go back in and dance.

    I went to a wedding there and it was very beautiful.  Small details were definitely key to making their event so amazing.  I think the above post regarding what you're looking for is really important.  I looked into that venue and liked the fact that they provide tables, chairs etc.  Good luck making your decision Smile
